What is MXT?
MXT is a performance-based group training program designed to help you train like an athlete — regardless of your background. Our programming blends strength, conditioning, and functional training to help you build real power, endurance, and resilience. Whether you’re preparing for a race or just training for life, MXT meets you where you are — and pushes you forward.
What makes MXT different?
We’re not just working out — we’re training with purpose. MXT is programmed with intention, led by coaches who know how to challenge you, and built around progress you can feel and measure. Every class follows a structured training block designed to help you get stronger, move better, and stay consistent.
I’m not training for a race — is MXT still for me?
Absolutely. While many of our members are training for marathons, triathlons, or HYROX races, our classes are designed to help anyone improve their strength, conditioning, and overall fitness. Every workout is scalable to your level, and our coaches are here to help you progress at your own pace.
What should I expect in a typical MXT class?
You can expect a class intro (overview of the workout and how it fits in with the overall program that week, and that training block / training cycle), a 6-8min warm up, then 4 of our 8 -12 minute performance focused workouts - BUILD (compound strength), PUMP (hypertrophy strength), BREATHE (aerobic conditioning), SHRED (core and conditioning), PACE (hybrid workout), and SPRINT (hybrid workout).
